A little girl had been walking throughout the day with her father. Hand in hand they walked through the meadows, through a dark forest, down a country road, through
the sidewalks of town. At the end of the day, just before they got home, they came to a deep stream where the water was moving rapidly. There was no bridge. They would have to walk through the water.
"Oh, daddy," the little girl said. "I'm afraid to cross that stream."
"Honey," he said, "you've been holding my hand all day. Everywhere we've gone, you've had your hand in mine. So, when we go through that water, just keep holding
They began to cross together. The little girl held tightly to her father's hand. And he brought her through.
Don't become preoccupied with how you will cope when struggles come your way. Instead, learn to hold the Lord's hand day by day. That same hand that guides you
on dry land will sustain you when you face deep waters.
Have a great day, and keep moving forward!
