friend’s young son was frightened to be in any room by himself. His parents and
grandparents tried to help him get over this fear. Once, when his grandmother was keeping him,
he said "Grandmommy, I can't go into the bathroom by myself."
said, "You'll be fine. Remember, Jesus is with you."
went into the bathroom, closed the door, and called out immediately,
"Grandmommy, will you please come in here with me and Jesus?"
has commanded us not to be anxious, but instead to tell Him what we need. He has promised us His peace. Realizing Jesus' presence in our lives will
drive away fear and discouragement that try to overcome us.
presence is the greatest comfort of all!
