Great artist Leonardo DaVinci was famous for leaving things incomplete and undone. He was tremendously talented, but interested in so many things that he'd get
distracted and leave one unfinished project after another. A painting here. An invention there. A diagram here. A drawing there. All left incomplete.
Maybe you can think of something you've worked on and left incomplete.
A repair to your house?
A project at work?
A flower bed that you’ve promised yourself you would weed and replant?
I suspect that we all have unfinished projects that cause us to wonder:
Am I ever really going to get around to fixing that thing?
The good news is, God won’t leave us undone, unfinished or incomplete.
1:6, Paul writes:
And I am sure of this, that He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of
Paul was saying: "I'm absolutely convinced of something — God will not stop with you until he has made you completely like He wants you to be. And He'll keep working
until the day you are in the presence of Jesus.”
On that day — the Bible promises that we will be like Him. Perfect. Complete. Every part in place. That's your future as a believer.
Have a great day, and keep moving forward!
